I was represented in a case for three years. This firm never communicates, drops the ball in court, lost my case information before a deposition, didn't send the right information to the opposing counsel, and screwed up the settlement hearing. Then took the entire settlement due to confusing language when you sign the retainer three year prior and not showing their expenses. This is a for-profit skeme that is just competent enough to get the the settlement hearing but not to actually do the job representing you.
