Looking for a Christian attorney that was also familiar with Illinois law. My mother had passed and left a trust and I was looking for someone here in Texas to read and explain my rights as beneficiary. We experienced missed appointments repeatedly from Kirk. Discussed next step of requesting an accounting from my trustee yet after several reminders, he had not managed to get the request written and sent. The cost for him to read my mother’s trust was more than twice the cost of having a trust instrument written, for him to read it and write a memorandum that required additional questions.

I tried filing for divorce myself as I was tight on money. I used a service to complete the paperwork, filed myself, and got stuck in the system not knowing what needed to be done next. I reached out to Kirk's office after being recommend by the CFO where I work. His receptionist was a joy to speak with...polite, understanding, and efficient. We determined I didn't have the correct benefits to have his services covered. But the next day he still emailed me after having reviewed my case and offered advice on how to proceed. It gave me the little push and info I needed to finalize my divorce. Great man, great morals, highly recommended!

Recently needed an attorney, unexpectedly, for an estate and probate issue. Was able to get in touch with Attorney Chargois, at the last minute, and bring him up to speed. Attorney Chargois came through and was able to help us settle the issue. A valuable lesson learned and takeaway is that one need to make sure affairs are in order with regards to estate needs [wills, trusts, etc.], before it’s too late. I would DEFINITELY recommend Attorney Kirk A. Chargois. He indeed gave “The L.O.O.K”.
