⚠️⚠️ I do not understand why this firm has such high ratings. In 2014, while exercising at a crosswalk at St. Charles and Carrollton Avenue, I was run over by a streetcar at about 12PM. The operator had a history of running over someone else before this. My injuries were catastrophic: a split scalp, my nose moved under my left eye, a cracked spine, and severe lacerations all over my body. My shoes were covered in blood and one was stuck underneath the trolley. Despite clear liability and physical injuries, this firm only gave me four payments of $8,000 (only $32,000 for almost dying - people get more than that from eating spoiled food at a restaurant). I already had solid medical insurance. When I questioned why the amount was so low, Mr. Redmann told me we couldn't ask for more because a jury would be "too envious of my muscular legs." I was only 22 years old. ⚠️⚠️
