I've had a great experience with this estate planning law firm and highly recommend them. John Sr. originally prepared my trust and related documents, and the process was smooth, thorough, and professional from start to finish.

A few years later, after my father passed, I needed help navigating his trust, and John Jr. stepped in. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind during a difficult time, making everything much easier to manage.

I truly appreciate the level of expertise and care this firm provides. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely supportive of their clients.

I thought the attorney who originally drew up our trust had retired so I asked Mr. Anderson. He was hesitant, but agreed as long as I agreed to his cost. (He’s a member of our church. What better recommendation?) We met for an hour while he asked questions and I answered. I filled out the packet of paperwork; secured a copy of the existing Trust; paid the $500 retaining fee. I returned for the following appointment, with another packet of paperwork. Lisa greeted me and told me she’s a friend of my previous attorney and said that she had not retired. She said Mr. Anderson wanted me to go back to her. I told her I had already paid $500. She said something could be worked out”. Mr. Anderson never came out of his office to talk with me personally. I called the original attorney and confirmed what I was told. So I contacted Anderson’s office asking for a refund. I didn’t hear from him. Then I offered a 50/50. On the $500. Anderson agreed and mailed me a check for $250.00 refund. I figured it was better than nothing. Now in hindsight, I think he should have refunded the full amount. He never came out of his office to talk with me about not doing the Trust. It was all word of mouth from someone else in the office. No courtesy or consideration from him. I acted in Good Faith. Mr. Anderson didnt. Buyer BEWARE!

They were so kind, supportive, helpful, and very understanding. I had such a smooth and very professional experience. They were quick and thorough with all of the necessary paperwork.
