DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He has extremely poor communication skills, and does half-a** work. He does not care about your case, and will only do enough to convince Marble that he has fulfilled services. I’ve had him representing me since May of 2022. I was never a high priority as he consistently rescheduled meetings for other clients, or would no call no show. We’ve lost and had our hearings rescheduled due to technical errors on his part, and he’s very quick to have you sign another addendum with Marble so he can get paid again. Since November of 2022 to now (June 20 of 2023) I have yet to have had my case heard and witness James ACTUALLY fight for me. Our last and final hearing lasted less than one minute, was rescheduled and James decided that that was adequate representation. I agree with the other reviews. This guy is a con, and the biggest waste of money that I have ever spent!
