Update: originally left a review about 7 months ago, but it appears they now have a newer business page, therefore older reviews are no longer showing. My experience with this office has been ongoing since 02/2023, and I still have not received a settlement from that accident. Communication has been terrible. There were long periods with no updates and the case just kept going in circles. Dahlia originally handled my case, first month up until we finished our therapy everything felt ok, after that everything became disorganized and she just seemed overworked. Lily is now handling it, and unfortunately, the communication has gotten even worse. Most recently, I missed a call from the firm. I called back almost immediately and had the receptionist hang up on me when I called asking her to look into my file. (Very professional) Unfortunately, things only start moving after you call repeatedly / complain. Micha has probably been the most professional one there. However, I am disappointed because Ireached out about my file last week when the receptionist hung up and was told I’d get a call back from him by last Friday, that hasn’t happened, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Their fee starts at 33⅓% and can increase to 40%, so you would expect them to be on top of it but they aren’t, so please do your research and find an office that is going to communicate with you, stay on top of your case, and actually have your back, not just get you in the door and then hand you off to people who are incompetent. I regret choosing this office and wish I had gone somewhere else. I just want this to be over.
