I hired him and paid him. Anyways my daughter was released before he could barely do anything. I have not received my funds back. He Has not sent me a bill detaining what he did for my daughter. He has not returned any of our phone calls. At least send me a bill so that I can know what you did and what you charged. Now send me the rest of the money. So now I have to see legal counsel on an attorney crazy!!

In 2007 I hired Mr. Smith after a motor vehicle accident. I’m just writing about my experience after a friend shared she was thinking of hiring him. I retrieved my emails with him and remembered the reason I told her not to select him. After reading my email it came back to me why he was not a great fit. Even though I allowed him to settle my case the process was horrible. I was hit by a drunk driver and was transported by ambulance. He was not empathetic and he was argumentative when I asked challenging questions. I saved the email because it was so rude and demeaning by email that I just wanted it to be over. I do NOT recommend.

In 2012 I hired Mr. Smith to help me finalize my second divorce in the court of Dallas. However, I did not get what I wanted for the child support for the two children; My ex-husband stated he did not have work. I believe he was lying. During that time, Mr. Smith helped me from start to finish, although I needed to be more faithful to him with the payment. I did not mean to make him angry. I was a single mother, worked part-time, and was paid $10.00. an hour. During that time, I got sick and could not work. Whatever money I had before, I have to use it to feed my children. I am a person who remembers those who help me. One day, I said I would pay Mr. Smith for helping me and my children in God's perfect time. I define a 'lawyer' as a man who will only help his neighbor if he has the money. Mr. Smith is different from them. His heart still remembers to help the weak. He is like a light that shines in the darkness. May the Lord Jesus Christ remembers Mr. Smith for helping one of His people. His words said: "And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward." Maria Riah
