This guy is a joke! He fell asleep in his office while I was talking to him! Not to mention, owes me money!
Waived every appearance. Then when I asked for a continuation to move, my probation officer was the one who called to tell me I had a warrant out for my arrest! This guy thought he did me a favor when I had to get the warrant dropped! 🤣

He was my daughter's lawyer for a dui case. She had 2 hearing to go to and the second hearing she had he called 2 days before and said he had a emergency and couldn't make it to the hearing. He told her she would be fine that she would only be seeing a probation officer. And that he spoke with them. But the day of the hearing my daughter went and before she went in court room they asked her where was her lawyer. And when she went in court room the judge asked her the same thing. They did ask her if she wanted to postpone the hearing, which she said no. So as far as I am concerned he wasn't truthful. The week before the scheduled hearing she paid him remaining money. That's not right. He got paid for something he didn't do. Pathetic

Farley is unconventional, it could be frustrating for storing minded individuals at times...but he doesn't like to lose and when winning is important, you want him in your corner! I wouldn't recommend anyone else in York County for Criminal Defense! Farley is your guy!!!!
