For many years I knew I needed a Will or a Trust. I am not sure why I waited so long, but I knew it was something very important and that I could not procrastinate any longer. I was looking for someone located near me that could help explain just what I needed and what was best for my needs. I found Ed Fong from searching the internet. I read the reviews and thought I would give them a call. The receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions, along with a good feeling inside me about what I could expect. I made an appointment that was about a week away. When my wife and I arrived I was met with a friendly and welcoming face. We were taken into a room and explained many options that would suit our needs. Mr. Fong answered all of our questions, and took as much time as we needed to get everything in order. Mr. Fong made me feel very good, and we both were extremely pleased with his friendliness and knowledge to do what we wanted to do. The whole process took three appointments and the price was very reasonable and less than I expected. I have known for years that I needed to get a living trust, however I kept putting it off. I started researching a couple months ago and came across The Law Office of Ed Fong. I read the reviews and thought I'd give them a call. His office manager Jennifer was very helpful in providing me all the answers to my questions and was ready to setup an appointment set for a week out. I spoke to her on a Friday and informed her that I was going in for surgery the following week and I would be unavailable for a couple weeks after. When I told her that, she expressed her concerns on getting this done before my surgery. She was aware that time was of the essence and was very accommodating. We were their last appt for the day and they even stayed late for us. Hands down, we were treated like family. Ed explained everything to us and answered all of our questions with a level of professionalism that made me feel, like I made the right choice in choosing his office. I asked for a few more business cards and have already handed them out. Thank you Ed and Jennifer!!!
