He charged me 10k at first then said we were going to trail so he demanded 10k more or he said I would need to find a new lawyer. So I paid the 20k in total and never went to trail because he insisted on an irrational plea deal . He told me even tho I said I wasn’t guilty and we had a pretty good fight that all the jury would see is a black man with tattoos and go off of that and not the facts of the case. So I took the plea and asked for my 10k back that he stressed to me I had to have for a trip or he would get off my case. He said he couldn’t give it all back but instead 2500 after not literally doing anything but going in for a plea deal instead of fighting for me in trial like he opposed He would . We did literally one day of pre trial work and he took all of this money to walk in and basically scare me into a plea because his energy and how angry he got just by me wanting to go to trail basically made me feel he wouldn’t and didn’t want to fight. He may be good for certain people but I will say he DID NOT FIGHT FOR ME AND HE IS ALL ABOUT MONEY NOT THE CLIENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOUR FIGHTING A LIFE CHANGING CASE. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
