I found Dan at the last minute before my custody hearing, and honestly it was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. He took the time to understand my case fast and came to court completely prepared. When it was game time, he was an absolute pitbull. Calm, confident, professional, and he fought hard for my kids and me. He asked the right questions, stayed focused, and never backed down. Grossly demeaning and unprofessional service from Attorney Daniel J. Kern. I called in search of legal assistance and representation for a severely urgent domestic violence and sex trafficking case and I was very cruelly dismissed and denied of any form of consultation because the court jurisdiction pertaining to this case was "too far" (30 miles away). I asked multiple times and even mentioned that due to the urgency of this case, I was willing to pay extra fees to cover the travel distance and any other incurred costs and he very callously denied me of any advice and wasted my time because in his words, It wasn't worth it to him to travel that "far". Be very cautious of going to this law firm to seek legal help. I'm disturbed by this attorney's gross apathy for the justice of victims.
