Was referred to him by two others regarding a civil matter.

I spoke with him back on 06/12 and was advised to email him and was told he would get back to me if he could help me.

Unfortunately, after 3 weeks, and no responses I took that as he can’t.

When I called to follow up, on 06/23 my call was declined the next day as well and no response to initial or to the second follow up email. I would have really appreciated even a brief message letting me know he wasn’t able to help. I’m sure he may be busy and prioritizes easier cases but the lack of communication and professionalism was upsetting.
