Here is a review everyone should read! To gain some credibility here this is not my first run down with the law. As a matter of fact I’ve retained about 7 different attorneys in the last few years. Some were bad some were okay, there is not a doubt that Damon slam dunks on all of them. From the beginning, Damon is thorough when analyzing your case from start to finish. He asks questions and digs in just a little more than is expected of him. Damon familiarizes himself with the case as if he is the victim and uses his knowledge of the law to creatively find defense strategies. Unlike other attorneys who just drag you to court and are just present because they have to, Damon comes in with a purpose and is motivated to fight. Of course his name alone scared the prosecutors! He doesn’t give you the run around or make you feel like he’s doing you a favor (lots of attorneys do this), but actually explains the game plan to you so your always on board. You don’t have to call him and chase after him, but him and Katherine will always respond and put you at ease. Both Katherine and Damon guarantee lots of work will be put in your case and you will get awesome results. They are not just your average lawyers who’ll try to convince you to take a deal or plea bargain but will fight till the end. Damon got my receiving stolen property with a prior strike dismissed after I was looking at a minimum of one year! I couldn’t thank them enough and will always refer them to others and friends who might need their exceptional services!!

The professionalism and representation my family member received was exceptional. There was good communication, realistic expectations, and they got them admitted into a program to assist with the underlying problem of how the legal proceedings even began. I can't say enough great things about this law firm. My father came to them with a very serious matter that has a very unpredictable outcome and they have been very responsive and attentive to his questions and needs.
