⚠️ WARNING — Think Twice Before Hiring Attorney Cliff Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend hiring Attorney Cliff. For months, I have attempted to resolve a refund that he personally promised to return. I have called, sent text messages, and emailed several times. I was told that the refund check had been mailed, but six months later, I still have not received it. I notified him that the check never arrived and received no response. When you are handling someone’s legal matters and their money, communication, professionalism, and keeping your word should matter. If you are unable to follow through on what you promised, at minimum, communicate honestly with your client. I have documentation showing that he agreed to refund my money and stated that the check was mailed. Looking back, there were warning signs I should have paid closer attention to. My next step will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar and providing the documentation I have regarding the promised refund and my repeated attempts to resolve this matter. Between May 2025 and February 2026, I experienced negligent and malicious conduct by Cliff Dean Schneider. I paid him $10,000 in advance for legal services, he delayed performing the legal services for 9 months, he did not communicate with me, then he filed a Motion to be Relieved to avoid performing the legal services and did not return my payment.
