I would advise others to proceed with caution. In my experience, there were concerns regarding absolute lack of communication, zero professionalism, and again absolute lack of follow through.

After providing a retainer, not only did I not see the level of progress or engagement I expected, I was asked for more money. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told I would be entitled to a full refund of any services not provided. He then explained that according to him all services were provided and there would be no refund.

I cannot give this guy credit that all situations are different or any benefit of doubt that he is nothing but predatory in his dealings.
