I have waited a long time and tried to release this terrible experience, but I have to warn others. I saw her on a Monday and went back Friday to pick up my paperwork because she said she would scan it then call me to set up and appt. and to come pick up all my records. She never called in 3 months. I went in on Friday to get all my info and she scolded me for wanting the paperwork back and said "What do you want me to work all night long to get your scans back to you?" They were not ready. I tried for 3 months straight to get my records and she would not see me nor call me back. Then getting another Atty evolved it did not help. After 3 months she gave all my very personal info to the concierge to return to me. My social security numbers and all my investment account numbers were in the records I entrusted her to keep safe. I did get a note saying she was sorry that she had been ill. I feel she could have had anyone call me to come pick up my valuable paperwork or even have someone mail it to me.

God awful communication. Procrastination. The good comments seem to be from friends too.
My family started dealing with this lady after my grandma passed, to handle all the affairs. The one star is bc my dad and aunt have called the office, many, many, MANY times and have been told multiple times by her assistant that she will call, only she never does. Instead we get a text from the assistant saying she'll call today. She doesn't. Then we get a text from the assistant, "ugh she forgot". Then we immediately get a reply from Anne through her assistant saying she will call tomorrow. Spoiler, she didn't call, again.. I understand she may be busy, but if you schedule a meeting or say you'll call then, FOLLOW THROUGH. It's unprofessional. We've been dealing with her for a long time and have yet to reach any real conclusions bc getting ahold of her is nearly impossible. If you are busy, don't agree to take more clients!!! If you enjoy never ending phone tag, this is the lawyer for you

The account isn't under my name and I didn't provide personal details so I don't understand what you are responding about? We went with another lawyer and did not proceed any business with you further, left a voicemail explaining this
