Just prior to the hearing started, the executor of estate filed an inventory of the estate. • • Executor asked his questions with Amy giving answers from what I’d told her for the past year of many pages I had scanned to send her of accurate facts needed. • • At one point, I spoke up asking the judge if I could comment … yes! • • I said if this person WOULD have paid me money he agreed to pay me back in WRITING, there would be: • • NO court fees, • NO attorney fees, • And the judge would NOT be here today! • • I stopped then but I really had the 4 questions in my mind that I was not given in 6.5 years fighting to get this money back. They NEVER will be answered I CAN LIVE WITH. • • Judge was very fair for both parties. • • AMY AND I WON MY CLAIM!!
