Rueben was not reliable during a time-sensitive matter. Communication was inconsistent, response times were slow, and commitments were not consistently followed through (e.g., calls were promised but not carried out), which created stress, frustration and uncertainty for me. While the draft provided was helpful, overall I would not recommend his services for urgent matters due to lack of proper communication. He also seemed passive and not proactive which is not someone you want as a lawyer and advocate.
