The lack of integrity and level of dishonesty was very disappointing. I was told my paperwork was filed with the court and it wasn't. I confirmed by email my paperwork was received only to get a email weeks later saying they didn't have it. I was sent a past due bill for something I had paid a month previously. I have pre paid legal services though my employer but they still wanted a retainer, it's been nearly 6 months- lie after lie and no progress. I no longer have confidence in this firm I was assigned to through prepaid legal services. Since up to 20 hours is paid for and obviously I hadn't used that I asked for my retainer back, which they refused. I would not recommend this firm.
