Beware when hiring this attorney. Their office is extremely unorganized and operates unethically when it comes to accounting and billing. They are unable—or unwilling—to provide basic invoices, billing statements, or documentation showing what payments were received and what balances are allegedly owed.

Despite repeated requests for a simple payment history, they randomly resurface demanding additional money with no explanation, even after the agreed-upon terms were met. Each time, they threaten collections or legal action without providing any supporting documentation.

An attorney should be able to clearly account for client funds and billing history. The lack of transparency, poor record-keeping, and aggressive tactics reflect an unprofessional and unethical operation. I would strongly caution others before hiring this firm.

Do not hire Mr. Rounsaville. Hire an actual board certified family attorney. I thought he would look out for my best interest, and he did not. I wanted to get my divorce over with, and he took advantage of my naivety. If I could file a complaint with the BAR or sue for malpractice, I would. Gave me unethical law advice that has affected me significantly. He tells you want you want to hear, over bills you, and then doesn't back any of it up in mediation. I do not regret my divorce, but I 100% regret hiring Mr. Rounsaville. Do not make the same mistake as me.
