I’m fully aware that "Chuck" will likely respond defensively to this review, as accountability for himself and his firm is not his strong suit. That said, I will be echoing what many other reviewers have already said.

The attorney I was assigned repeatedly told me things like “we’ll file your motion tomorrow” or “I am working on it now,” and weeks turned into months with nothing actually being done. Despite being reassured that my case was being handled, there was zero movement. Because of this, I nearly ended up in contempt and was lectured by the judge for not filing a motion — the exact thing I hired the firm for and something I had been told over and over was being taken care of. I brought this to the attention of firm leadership and was told they would keep a closer eye on my case. That never happened. More time passed, more billing occurred, and still no progress. I was also billed for things that never happened and accounting never responded when I brought it to their attention.

I eventually hired a different attorney, and meaningful action was taken almost immediately. If you’re okay paying for false promises instead of results, this firm may be fine. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
