I'm questioning the reviews on here due to my experience(people pay for the reviews!). I'm currently going through a divorce, and despite having only 1 asset and 2 kids, it's been almost 2 years and there is no trial. So far, I've paid more than 20K. I've been been asking throughout the time: "when is the trial?", as of today, there is no set date. I've tried to be patient with this firm and the people involved, but I feel that this firm is all about money and not the client. I had to be thankful for them not to contact me due to them charging me for every email they will read or write, every phone call, or any form of contact. They will purposely keep you in the dark just to charge you for a question and response. Its been more than once, where my future exwife told me about a court date before my own lawyer. It even got to a point where they forgot to call me about a court hearing within 72 hours. You can have no events pending, they will charge you because they have allegedly reviewed your case. Then, when it's time for an event in the future(months), they will ask you questions about your case that are in the documents they asked you for in the first place(which they will charge you, to contact you, and review them). Bottom line: they will charge you for everything, and practically implement systems to keep charging you because it seems this firm's goal is to elongate your case until you run out of money and potentially hope. Run away if you can.
Edit: I forgot to mention that my opponent has an appointed lawyer by the county. This law firm has struggled against them from the start. Once I've decided to find a new lawyer, my bill went up another $2,000. They are definitely in it for the money and not the client!!!!
