I am so grateful John Day took my case. I got everything I was hoping for and more. He made the process easy to understand and kept me in the loop. John always returned my phone calls and is a true professional. Would highly recommend!

John Day is the kind of villain lawyer you see in Hollywood movies. From deliberately withholding key evidence from the client to "forgetting" scheduled appointments to last-minute docket call notifications, Day clearly isn't professional or even a man. Those unearned and unexplained charges on the invoice were interesting, as well, but the real issue was the repeated breach of confidentiality. Day is prone to violating attorney-client privilege by divulging case information to third parties without permission from, or even informing, said client. Highly don't recommend this thing's so-called services. It certainly doesn't have it's clients' best interest in mind.
