It’s my pleasure to write high praise of Raphael and his trial firm. We met under unfortunate circumstances after a family tragedy. We lost a home, a parent and their income, and much hope for a better future. Raphael, understanding the difficulty of the case, offered his help in a wrongful death suit. Ultimately, after many years, Raphael and his firm’s devotion to our case resulted in a positive outcome that helped my family and I regain our footing in this difficult world. A trial / lawsuit is burdensome emotionally, cognitively, and logistically; but Raphael and his team worked with us each step to ensure that we were prepared to face these challenges. That is to say that he and his team are skilled in their ability to meet their clients where they are at and explain complex topics in understandable / digestible language. He provided counsel but never attempted to override our internal sense of what direction we wanted this lawsuit to go. He worked with us to try to make our goals a reality. The only review you need to read! I began working the the Javid Trial Team after being the victim of a roll over car accident a few years ago. My case was complex to say the least. The initial firm I was working with felt my case was beyond their expertise and scope of knowledge. As a result they then put me in contact with Raphael and I knew from our first consultation that I was in good hands.
