Tuesday May 20,2026, I called this firm seeking legal help for a serious case involving a wrongful repossession, physical injury, and a Chapter 93A violation. I was met with one of the most dismissive and unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

The person I spoke with, Erin, cut me off before I could even explain my situation. She did not ask a single question about my case, offered no solutions, and made no real effort to help. She briefly mentioned referring me to someone else, and when I simply asked her to email the referral so I would have it in writing, she immediately backtracked and said she didn't have a number and couldn't help me — then abruptly ended the call with "have a good day."

I called back a second time the same day hoping to speak with someone different or get a better resolution. I was met by the same person, Erin, with the same cold dismissal — still no questions, no help, no solutions.
What makes this deeply troubling, there is a review posted just 17 hours ago from another client who was helped quickly and with no issues regarding the same type of case. I called twice in one day and was turned away both times without even being heard.
I am a TRUE reviewer sharing a real, unfiltered experience. I did not feel seen, valued, or treated with basic human dignity either time I called. The inconsistency in how clients are treated here speaks for itself.
