I want to start firstly by thanking my Attorney Elias N. He went above and beyond what I had expected from a workers comp lawyer, even the firm. My injury had occurred while working at a major shipping company. During my process for getting treatment I was laid off because I had to leave early for physical therapy and weekly follow ups at Concentra. This left me without a job and an injury I wasn't sure how to handle. I was referred to the firm by my other attorney which is handling my wrongful termination. During my initial intake interview with Elias; I was overwhelmed and frustrated with how things were left off. Getting fired and then having the company close my treatment because they fired me. Elias was able to answer my questions and concerns while being honest and straightforward with how things could and would go based of his experience. The process took longer because this company was not responding to the attorney they had hired which had left us kind of in limbo since the defense attorney wasn't able to update my attorney ( Elias ) who wasn't able to update me. The overall time from settlement talks and negotiations to payment agreements was relatively short and quick. The paperwork that was provided for the settlement was easy and streamlined because Elias was able to give me the time of the day to review, answer, and inform me of the final process of this part of the settlement. We had went page by page and read everything, he was able to thoroughly walk me through all the paragraphs and terms of the agreement.
