I recommend Huerta Law Firm, very professional , after my accident I contacted numerous attorneys to take my case , the first question was what is the offender insurance? , the moment I mentioned Fred Loya , they all refused to help until Huerta Law Firm. Thank you!

WORST service ever…. EXTREMELY unprofessional I had to call and text this man like of if I was babysitting him…. I get it ur “busy” but all I ever got was “it’s going to take time” from 2-3 weeks to almost 3 months and NO COMMUNICATION what so ever:/ this is sad to see plz don’t waste your time patience or money on this kind of pathetic service….

My experience with Huerta Law Firm was shocking and deeply upsetting. I sought legal help expecting professionalism, respect, and guidance. Instead, I was met with insulting language, verbal aggression, and behavior that felt intimidating and threatening.

At no point should a client be made to feel belittled or afraid when seeking legal representation. The tone and treatment I received were hostile and completely inappropriate for a professional setting. Rather than offering support or solutions, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and unsafe.

Legal matters are already stressful, and no one should be subjected to what I experienced. I strongly do not recommend this firm to anyone who values professionalism, basic human decency, and respectful communication.

I regret trusting this firm and encourage others to be extremely cautious before engaging their services.

Hace casi dos años me atendieron de lujo para agarrar mi caso ,deje mi trabajo y las consultas ya no procedieron nunca las autorizaron cuando la aseguranza era comercial dejaron de contestar mi llamadas después cerraron la oficina de pelícano y jamás volví. Saber nada ,hace un mes me hablaron para decirme que necesitaban cerrar el caso y querían que fuera a firmar ,no conteste insistieron hasta que un día me hablo pilar muy amable y me dijo siempre si llego su cheque puedes venir a firmarlo entonces fui los tipos que ahí estaban parecían gangster en fin después de eso me dijo en una semana está su cheque ,alas dos semanas hablé y la mujer fue muy grosera me dijo si quieres orita tu cheque te doy 2 mil dlls y se acabó o te esperas y veo los cargos para buscarte más de mis honorarios son 3100 y me ISO una lista de gastos que nada que ver nunca tuve servicios medicos de su parte ,me hablo Jonathan huerta y me dijo ya despedí a todos incluyendo a pilar y te voy a dar una propuesta aló que sigo esperando y ya no me contestan ,firme el cheque y se quedaron con todo ,contacte otra firma de abogados para que me ayuden ya que cuando firme ni la ID me pidieron para confirmar que era yo y la pilar mentada me dijo apoco esa es tu firma se le ISO sencilla me ISO dudar si ellos firmaron por mi para cerrar el caso ,pero en fin esto me pasó por confiar en una amiga que su esposo trabaja con ellos llevando casos pero ya ví que no soy el único al que robaron !!!!!
