John and the team that worked with me (Kyle and Mitch) at The Haines Firm did a great job in my divorce case. John is a straight shooter and doesn't sugar coat anything, even if it's hard to hear. I hired him immediately after my consultation because I valued his candor above everything else.

Here is your answer: Your search is over and you have now found the attorney that you need if you want somebody to fight for you and/or Your children during any family court case. John and helped me tremendously not only while my divorce/custody case was in Tennessee, but even when jurisdiction moved to Texas. He went above and beyond ALWAYS to make sure that everything was in place & in order for court, etc. He is fair, straight to the point and Blunt (He will tell you exactly how it is and what he thinks is best for you and I appreciate that so much of him). Hands-down, the best attorney I've had in my divorce/custody case. if only he practiced law in Texas, I would never have hired another attorney. I give 1 million+ stars!

We hired John for my son and he was very professional and hard working and his honesty was unfounded today. When John took the case as far as he could he recommended another attorney that specializes in the field we needed, another attorney would have taken our money and may have lost our case.
