I called to ask one question, Agent got very smart with me, I have been in customer service for 26 years and i have never experience thus type of smartness. She didn't take her job seriously. You probably not going to do anything about it just wanted to give my feed back. You guys sucks. If you had a corporate office i would definitely call them.
