I typically don’t leave reviews but after reading this email today, I felt compelled to…Green is Insensitive, rude, belittling and lacks empathy. Doesn’t matter the circumstances you treat individuals with common courtesy/decency. Because someone’s life changes and no longer able to work/pay their bills due to unforeseen circumstances..they shouldn’t be treated poorly or spoken to as if they’re incompetent. Especially when you “collectors” ask us to provide information to support why we’re disputing a charge. I was blessed to have not dealt with Debt collectors until recent but I now see why I’ve heard so many horror stories.

Too bad I can’t post the email because the proof is definitely in pudding!!!
