Hired them to do my mom's probate and they have just ghosted me. I haven't heard from them in three months, and they haven't taken any action on my case in over five months. Their staff seems to be a revolving door. I'm now having to hire another attorney to finish my case. I will also have to pay to remove him from my case, as I can't even get in touch with him to fire him. BEWARE go anywhere else but here.

No communication from this office. I would call and leave voice messages. I received, if I'm correct two responses, BY TEXT! I was asked what type of service I was needing. I responded. About a few weeks later, after several messages left again, I received a text again if I could give a brief description of what all is needed. I then said this is unprofessional asking for legal, private information like this by text. I called the same number soon after and no answer. I was so upset. This is something that was needed to be taken care of asap, still need to! Very unprofessional experience. Please do your in depth research. I believed this firm would be great being that LegalShield referred me. So disappointed.

I have known and worked with The Foust Firm for several years. In my experience, they have been committed to meeting all of my needs in a timely and efficient manner. The Foust Firm has provided exemplary service. Mr. Foust is dedicated to his clients. This firm has recently gone through some difficulties due to a disgruntled paralegal causing some internal issues, but it never affected their focus on taking care of me as a client or others that i have referred to them.
