We cannot recommend Neil Fleischer and The Fleischer Law Firm highly enough. We actually found Neil through his excellent Google reviews, so now that our case is complete, we wanted to share our own experience. We worked with Neil throughout our marriage-based adjustment of status process, and from the beginning, we felt that we were in extremely capable hands. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, honest, and incredibly responsive. One of the things we appreciated most was how quickly he responded to emails—often almost immediately. We never felt like we were waiting around wondering what to do next, and he was always patient with our many questions. Neil was extremely thorough in preparing our application and made sure everything was complete and well documented from the start. When our interview was scheduled much sooner than we expected, he immediately helped us prepare, walked us through exactly what to expect, and was there with us for the interview. Our entire process moved incredibly quickly: we completed biometrics less than three weeks after filing, had our interview at around 11 weeks, and had the physical green card in hand about 12.5 weeks after filing. While USCIS processing times are outside any attorney's control, we truly believe Neil's responsiveness, attention to detail, and preparation helped make our process as smooth and efficient as possible. Beyond being an excellent immigration attorney, Neil is kind, straightforward, and genuinely cares about his clients. Even after our approval, he continued answering our questions and helping us with the remaining administrative pieces. We are incredibly grateful we found Neil and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for an immigration attorney in Cincinnati. We truly could not have asked for a better experience!

Neil is amazing as lawyer. Whenever I had any questions or doubt he immediately replied to emails and solved it. I highly recommend him for any legal work.

MR. Neil Fleischer has been great to work with. He was able to answer all of our concerns and keep our minds at easy. From start to finish it took 10 months to getbour green cards. I would recommend him to anyone that need an immigration attorney. Thank you so much for all you have done for use.
