I have had the privilege of being represented by Jake Finkel and his team of highly skilled extremely personable legal associates twice in the last 6 years. From the initial intake interview you immediately become aware that this staff is putting together solid honest facts that form a foundation for a credible lawsuit beyond reasonable doubt. Yesenia my legal assistant on my second case was like having a trusted relative guiding me thru the lawsuit process from having me review the claims of the lawsuit to responding to the defendants lawyers excessive questions that at first read were a bit overwhelming and had potential character witness accusations that challenged the truthful integrity of my lawsuit. Yesenia simplified their interpretation and I was able to respond in bullet format addressing each issue then moving on to the next. Never once were the factual truths of my case allowed to be compromised by opposing counsel. My Attorney Eugene prepared my case using legal amendments that lined up with the violations of the party I was sueing that became so apparent by the time of the deposition there was no doubt that the foundation of my case that began on day 1 of my intake interview formed by honest testimony and given facts from documented emails and letters that my case was rock solid. So if u are being wronged by your employer or anyone and you want the very best legal staff to deliver justice once and for all call The Finkel Firm they will bring you justice. When I was originally looking for a lawyer, I had no idea where to start. After talking with other attorneys, I was honestly pretty turned off to the idea of hiring an attorney then I was lucky enough to find these guys. What a different ball game. Jake And his team made me feel like there was nothing to worry about, and that I was in great hands. Cheryl personally took charge of my case and not only answer answered every question I had along the way but, she genuinely cared and took the time to explain things to me as well. There was never a moment that I felt like she was not 100% in my corner. It wasn’t just to let us handle this - It was a this is how every step of the way works, this is what to expect, this is what we are planning etc. I just felt like I was their biggest priority. The knowledge and experience they have wasn’t just forced on me either they always let me know they worked for me and that was a huge relief. If I called and couldn’t reach my attorney directly, I was always contacted ASAP. They were extremely transparent, every step of the way.
