As a group home manager, I have had repeated interactions with this office in their role as conservator for one of our clients. Unfortunately, my experience has consistently been disappointing. Communication is extremely poor. Phone calls often go unanswered, messages are not returned, and when someone does answer, the staff are often dismissive, snippy, and have an unprofessional attitude rather than providing assistance. It frequently feels like you’re getting the runaround instead of answers. Requests for spending money for the client—money that belongs to the client—are often ignored or delayed without explanation, making it unnecessarily difficult for them to access their own funds. One of the most disappointing experiences occurred during Christmas. When we requested spending money for the client, we were told they would not be providing any money and that they would instead send the client a Christmas present. No present was ever received, and no money was provided. Even more concerning, bills that the conservator is responsible for paying have gone unpaid despite being forwarded to their office. As a result, our client continues to receive overdue notices and collections letters, creating unnecessary stress and financial consequences. A conservator has a significant responsibility to manage a person’s finances promptly, professionally, and in the client’s best interest. Based on my experience, this office has repeatedly failed to meet those expectations. The lack of communication, poor customer service, failure to provide timely access to the client’s own funds, and failure to handle financial responsibilities appropriately have made working with this office incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for a responsive, reliable, and accountable conservator.

The 5 star reviews are very shocking to say the least !!! Attorney Earle has not communicated with his client in two months . Phone calls/emails/tasks not completed per the client .
