Draskovich was very nice and easy to get in contact with. However, he told me, my mom, and my sister that he did not see the judge giving her a harsh sentence. Unfortunately, she ended up receiving a much more severe sentence than expected (4–10 years for one count and 8–20 years for the second). The agreement he recommended allowed the judge to decide the sentence without the option to appeal. He also mentioned that if she were his daughter or sister, he would have advised her to take the deal. We paid $25,000 for his services. After sentencing, we contacted another lawyer and were told there was nothing that could be done since she had signed away her right to appeal.

Questions you MUST ask a defense attorney if you need them: when was the last time you went to trial? When was the last time you had an acquittal? This law firm does not talk around these questions because they are outstanding at trial. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE! I hired Draskovich for a case as he said he’d aggressively take care of it. Years later we are still dealing with it charges and this guy is hard to get a hold of. It’s like he takes your money and leaves you be. I regret using his services. Don’t make my mistake.
