It has been a year since we paid Joshua Tyson and his paralegal Remo Segone $3500 to help with a divorce and no progress has been made. Communication is awful. You have to call multiple times a day and email multiple times to get a response from Remo. Tyson is never available to talk and is not proactive at all. They have all of the documents they need and we have been ghosted. Read the other reviews about how others have had the same problem. This is crossing a line of becoming fraud.

The assistant who processed the intake and I spoke with for the first couple calls was very nice, and called almost to the minute when she said she would. Then I spoke with an attorney on the 3rd call, and haven't heard back since then. It's been several months and now my wages are being garnished. Thanks

Do not go with these guys. They will take your money, say they can do a bankruptcy filing for you, take forever working on it, then ultimately tell you that they can’t help you because 6 months has went by and you no longer qualify and then they will keep your money. The amount of times we sent them in the documents that they overlooked and wouldn’t say anything for weeks then would say they are missing the documents then we would call them and have to tell them and show them we submitted them then they finally see them is mind blowing. An attorney service this shady is only out to get your money. Do not pay them any money. Find a good service who will actually give you good information and steer you in the right direction. It was highly deceptive. I paid thousands of dollars and received nothing in return but they kept all money. Nothing like paying an attorney for nothing.
