I've had the pleasure of working with this law firm since 2021. I started with Julia Dean after being referred to her. She did a great job and patiently answered our questions. We've also worked with Amy, Emely, Regina, Anutrice, Nicole and others in support roles at the firm, and they are all very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend the firm.

Most recently, we had the distinct pleasure of working with Calla Sprague - what a delightful person and highly competent lawyer. As I told Julia, she's a "keeper". She is the most patient and responsive lawyer and person, and she thoroughly answered all of my questions. We recently restated our living trust document to make it more in line with our desires for our estate plan, and Calla handled this with grace and professionalism. What an excellent experience to have been able to work with Calla. We even had our daughters to join us in one of our meetings, and they were also impressed with her. I call her "the professor" because of her prompt and complete answers to my questions that teach me about the nuances of my estate plan. If you have an opportunity to work with Calla, you will not regret it one bit. She's highly recommended!

It has taken 6 years for them to settle a case. The office staff is extremely rude and hangs up in people's face. I am aware that I am not a client, however, the case in question concerns me as I am an heir of the estate. 6 yrs is an abnormal amount of time to settle a case of this size. I believe there is such a thing as a code of ethics wherein certain things are to be settled in a timely manner. Appx. 2 yrs ago it was stated that this would be wrapped up within 6 months. That time frame has passed.

Still waiting. Causes one to wonder if this is intentionally being dragged out to drain whatever the estate is worth to line Ms. Dean's pockets as she has filed for yet another motion for continuance. I do find that strange considering the fact that, according to paperwork sent me by this office, the amount could have been paid out within two years according to every piece of literature I've read on the subject and other attorneys I've spoken with. The attorney fees are well over a third of what the estate is valued, according to Ms. Dean's correspondence. The only person being enriched is her.
