I had a rather disappointing experience with the De Leon law firm. While I acknowledge the attorneys' expertise in law and the judicial system, the overall business model leaves much to be desired. The glaring issue lies in the insufficient focus on customer service, as communication and feedback were consistently lackluster. The absence of a proper scheduling system, coupled with the firm's failure to follow up or provide timely callbacks when appointments were missed, created a frustrating and unprofessional experience. It's important to note that this critique is directed at the firm's operational aspects rather than the legal knowledge of the attorneys. However, the deficiencies in the operational aspects of a business typically is a canary in a coal mine of much deeper rooted problems.

I cut my losses early and I recommend you steer clear of this law firm if you require professional law services on complicated or non routine judicial issues. Use this firm if time is not a limiting factor and limited to no communication is something you can tolerate, but do so at your own risk.
