Don't believe what you read. I wasn't even able to get past the receptionist, who seemed to not be sure of what types of services the Davis firm provides. I saw Civil Litigation at the very TOP of the list of services, but was informed by the receptionist that this wasn't within the firm's area of practice. So she offered me the number of the Mercer County Bar Association, just to get rid of me, so that she'd be able to get back to whatever it was that she was occupied with prior to my calling. Could've been that I interrupted her in the middle of filing her nails. Who knows? But I even asked for any referral to an attorney who may be able to assist me, and of course NOTHING. I really shouldn't be surprised, because this is simply another of countless businesses that operate in this manner; and what actually DOES surprise me, is that these places are able to remain in business at all. It gets extremely frustrating to have to deal with, but all I can say is, DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

His office handles litigation matters of all kinds, not just criminal offenses. I was wrongly accused of domestic violence and faced a Final Restraining Order hearing. In New Jersey, fingerprinting for the Domestic Violence Central Registry occurs only if a judge issues a Final Restraining Order (FRO) against a defendant. The registry is not public, but I still did not deserve this outcome. I didn’t know where to start but I knew I needed representation.
