Update: I was told that if I did not revise my review, that legal action was taken against me. Let me be crystal clear.. If I could give negative stars for the way I was treated I would.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kristen Abbott and her law firm. Communication was poor, and I was informed that a letter that was supposed to be sent to me was never mailed because the firm was behind on its caseload and filing responsibilities. Being told that important correspondence was not sent due to internal backlog is unacceptable and reflects a lack of organization and professionalism. AND PLEASE DONT GET ME STARTED ON HER ASSISTANT Alissa Sager.... RUDE IS AN UNDERSTATMENT!
