Reps seem annoyed when you explain your situation. Empty promises of a callback from an attorney are provided when ultimately, all you receive is a denial email. I'm NOT upset with their decision to not represent me. No, it's the person who I spoke with who tried to rush me off the phone and stated an attorney would contact me back to obtain more details. All of this only for me to receive a denial email without the promise to expound on the matter. They also record calls but I don't believe a prompt was provided until -I- asked about it.

A firm who continues to provide broken promises of a return call, is a firm that cannot be trusted. Additionally, they not only failed to contact me before sending me a denial letter, they also seem to have a habit of doing so.

A waste of time..After repeated attempts to contact and retain the Cochran Form I had to call on a Friday to follow-up on them not responding. My Court date is Monday Feb 3rd. Very unprofessional Don't waste your time...
