Michelle Cimino is extremely unprofessional. She stated that would look into representing me, but abruptly stopped responding. I texted Laura, paralegal to see if Michelle received my emails. Laura said she would reach out to Michelle. Laura didn't respond either. I never dealt with business like this. The common courtesy is to respond either way. I wasted several weeks with this firm.
