Christopher Scott provided excellent service. 5 stars really isn’t enough. He lived up to all the other great reviews he has gotten. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never made me feel like I had a dumb question. He always replied back pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend using his services.

Christopher Scott performed admirably until the case was dismissed. Since then, he has become difficult to reach. He agreed to retrieve my records, which I desperately needed in a timely manner, and that time has recently passed. I now reside out of state, and the turnaround for the records online is significant (now estimated at 12-16 weeks online but immediate in-person), so his agreement to help was much appreciated. However, despite stating that the records are “in [his] office,” it has been more than a month and a half, and I have not received them from him. Attempting to contact the secretaries only results in them leaving notes that he disregards or perhaps forgets about. While I acknowledge the demanding nature of the legal profession, it is unprofessional to abandon a client for an extended period without providing any indication of whether there will be followthrough. Therefore, while I appreciate his expertise and dedication during the trial, it appears that his efforts are disregarded once the case is concluded. Very disappointing.
