Good afternoon my name is Warren Johnson I was recently a client and represented by the Carlson law firm I was recently dropped which they have the right to do but the reason doesn't make sense my doctor who did the surgery on me and the provider of the spinal cord stimulator denied my request for my records, which is against HIPAA law I informed the attorneys and I was dropped because I was told they can't just take my word for it which I understood but what I don't understand is it's not just my word my doctor who did the surgery text me from his direct number saying he's not able to do that but he'll do as much as he can but he would not have those records of the issues that the devices giving me and the manufacturer of other device from their direct work number text saying legally they do not have to give me that information and no documentation was taking place they just saw me without documenting the busy or the issues I was having which again is violation of HIPAA, the doctor finally schedule an appointment for me to come in to see him in 2 weeks to give me my full complete records and issues I'm having with the device but to drop me and say we can't just take your word for it we need evidence I have evidence I have the text messages it's documented if they had to ask to see the documentation and then dropped me I would have understood I offered the evidence and text and email documentation for proof and I was dropped again saying pretty much we don't believe what you're saying and also was informed we do not subpoena records very disappointed.
