This guy told my brother to walk off the job and get medical help from a work accident!!! He said they can’t fire you because that would be a discrimination act and wrongful termination!
Boy was he wrong about all that! Then he referred my brother to Cohan law firm who we thought was in Pittsburgh but nope In Philadelphia. That law firm was a joke as well, dragged their feet never took my brother’s injuries seriously. The doctor they hired was a joke as well just dismissed my brother and all the pain and injuries. Letting them go and just being belittling him every call. Don’t get back in a timely manner. Plus pretty much pushed the settlement on my brother telling him this is the best you’re going to get and nothing else. Then the fact that the documents have my brother saying more injuries where there but the doctor and the lawyer did amd said nothing. A runaround kind of place.
Why would this law place reference this other one ??? Just got pushed around and forced into a settlement. Sure my brother signed the contract but after a year of ghosting and ignoring all the pain and suffering he wanted out.
Maybe if most lawyers would be up front and 💯 truthful and respectful this kind of stuff wouldn’t happen .

It a shame when people get hurt and all you people see is a money sign and you get your no matter who’s heads you all step on.

Had the firm for my workers compensation they handled case professionally and diligently great lawyers best in Philadelphia hands down

The worst attorneys ever! Wasted years passing my case around. Lost all of my documentation I gathered and ignored my emails as well. I was passed through 4 different lawyers! At my EEOC hearing the attorney, who was supposed to go over everything with me prior to this hearing missed that appointment. For the hearing I was so embarrassed, he knew absolutely nothing about my case, and was reading his laptop throughout the hearing. It was a disgrace. This is how, my case was treated the entire time they represent me. During depositions I found out they were continuously ignoring and postponing. deadlines from the other attorney. Eventually lost and still I only found that out on the Internet. No one has contacted me yet. The most humiliating experience of my life was caused by who I chose the represent me. Do not make the same mistake I made. Close your eyes and pick anyone else to represent you. You would be better off, representing yourself!

Inquired about disability in regards to my Son you have stage four kidney disease. Talk to Larry Levin, worst customer service experience, over talks his customers and doesn't listen to them. They're not Fighters for people who need help. Would advise not to use there firm.
