I had a disability claim filed through rainwater halt. In Saxon, the first disability claim was denied, so I took it upon myself to file a different disability claim and it was in my favor, rainwater Halton Saxon had done nothing for me in the second disability claim. I feel that they should not be receiving any compensation due to the second disability claim I filed. I had heard many bad things about rainwater halt in sexon but I gave them a chance anyway, but now I see so many other reviews were not lies because if I did all the work in the filing of the second disability. And it became in my favor then all the pay should come to me, nothing to them. But it shows me that some law firms can be greedy self-serving and downright undeserving. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Don't get a lawyer until you have tried your best to win a disability lawsuit for yourself or your loved ones. Because the lawyer is going to get his whether he wins your case or loses it. Because once you sign that contract, even if it is for a different disability, as long as your name has been filed through the disability, they still get paid, although they didn't do hardly any of the work to help you win the second time around.
