Desiree is a fighter!!! She didn't stop till the pain in the butt insurance company covered my medical expense and didn't let them bully me.
She is fair and knowledgeable.
If anything like this happens again I will never go in alone. She tough me so much during this process and was so understanding. I cant thank her enough.
