Our overall experience with Berdugo Law Firm was excellent, culminating in a successful outcome for my husband's immigration journey. While the process spanned several years, we are incredibly grateful that he has now obtained his residency. In particular, Adriana was exceptional. Once she took charge of our case, she provided outstanding guidance, transparency, and communication. She was highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and incredibly responsive to our concerns at all hours. Prior to Adriana managing our case, we did experience some communication gaps, occasionally going two weeks without an update. Implementing a routine weekly email update or a faster callback system would greatly enhance the initial client experience. That being said, Adriana's dedication completely turned our experience around, and we are deeply thankful for her support.
