I had a wonderful experience with John. He was incredibly kind while simultaneously being honest and straightforward. He helped me set realistic expectations for my claim and we got exactly what it was we were hoping for. Beyond that though, my situation was very tough and I was somber. He reassured me, gave me advice and let me vent. I told my husband I’d describe John as “if everyone’s favorite dad was a lawyer”.
