This firm was very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process of resolving issues that came after dealing with the loss of my loved one. All my issues were resolved with efficiency and speed, and I couldn’t appreciate that any more! Highly recommend this firm!!

The staff worked so diligently on my claim, which included federal, state and local officials in the medical and legal levels, including 5 different insurance entities, and was able to settle for a larger amount than I ever dreamed of. They also helped me with my personal will, and medical end of life documents. At every step of the way, I was kept in the loop, they were always available for questions and so very helpful with any "special" requirements required in my situation. I will absolutely use Kelsey Bardwell and staff again if I am in need of an attorney.

I got a speeding ticket. Called them to find out if there was anything that they could do for me. After texting back and forth a few times, they never called back or texted me with whether they could help me or not. It would have been fine if they couldn't, but I was disappointed that they hadn't let me know anything further. I waited too long for their call, and I guess I'll have to plead guilty. 6 points off my license, and they might take my license away. I might have time to find another attorney, but if it's a no help kinda thing, you could have told me that.
