The initial lady that I spoke with, gave me very bad attitude and got aggressive with me to rush me off the phone when I asked her why she was dealing with me that way she transferred me without me asking to be transferred and when I got on the phone with Mr. Baker, instead of deescalating the situation and listening to the client’s concerns, he escalated the situation by making it seem as if I was the problem because he was stating his assistant was having a bad day and I should’ve noticed she was having a bad day by the way she was speakingand essentially raised his voice saying that since I wasn’t accepting his apology, there is nothing that he could do when I never said I didn’t accept his apology. I just pointed out the discrepancy in their customer service and how they handle their clients as I have been a longtime client and this is not the first time that woman has given me attitude. I am disgusted by how it was treated on the phone. Mr. Baker ended the call by saying let’s just let bygones be bygones completely unprofessional. This isn’t the first time that they have been rude and nasty

I went to Mr. Baker for an auto accident case and from the very beginning Me. Baker handled my case with class, he was professional in all of our interactions, and Mr. Baker did everything he could to make sure I received a more than fair settlement. I was really impressed with how he carried himself and the way he communicated with me. He also laughed at all of my jokes

I contacted this office seeking legal guidance on a traffic case and was surprised by how the call was handled. During my initial inquiry, the attorney raised his voice, spoke over me, and responded with visible irritation simply because I was asking questions about my situation.
This was not a consultation—it felt dismissive and confrontational. Asking basic questions before retaining a lawyer should not result in being spoken down to. Professional communication and patience are fundamental qualities I expect from any attorney, especially during a first interaction.
This review reflects my personal experience during a phone call. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to move forward and instead will seek representation from a firm that treats potential clients with respect and professionalism.
